A free AIM™ Evaluation account keeps your Dx and Rx findings for future use.

  • Run AIM™ Dx and AIM™ Rx, and save the findings to come back to.
  • Your saved evaluations are yours alone, on any device.
  • A guest account is separate from the AIM™ Academy: your Academy login does not open it, and it does not open the Academy. The same email can be used for both, with its own password.

Looking for the Academy? Academy login is here.

AIM™ Command Center

Help & formula guide

Plain-English explanations, available from anywhere in the portal.

AIM™ separates intelligence from authority. The model may reason broadly, while the organization deliberately limits what it may cause.

AIM™ Dx — diagnose

Record the agent's actual authority across eleven dimensions. Dx produces the AAI and identifies where authority is concentrated. The AAI is a comparison index, not deployment permission.

AIM™ Rx — prescribe

Explain what the Dx profile means for management, identify the strongest exposure drivers, and prescribe concrete changes to authority, gates, privileges, velocity, scale, reversibility and human control.

AIM™ Academy — qualify

Learn the framework, demonstrate competency, and practise command decisions under changing scenarios.

Certification — certify

Demonstrate knowledge and practical command competency through earned module badges, simulator work, the exam, a practical Dx/Rx and the Commander Check Ride.
